This dynamic three-day summit brings together a diverse community of shippers, carriers, emergency responders, spill clean-up teams, and industry leaders. It’s your opportunity to share insights, spark conversations, and shape the future of hazmat safety.

We’re looking for speakers with expertise in:

  • • Transportation and logistics trends
  • • Risk management and safety culture

Speaker Selection Criteria:

To ensure a high-quality experience for both speakers and attendees at the summit, the CHEMTREC team will make selections based on the following criteria:

  • Educational Value and Actionability: Sessions should be educational or informative in nature with clear and practical takeaways that attendees can apply to their work.
  • Originality and Perspective: Topics provide a point of view that sparks thoughts, discussions, or new ways of thinking.
  • Speaker Presence and Engagement: Speakers should demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to engage with the audience.

Speakers will be notified of selection by April 15, 2026.

Please note, to help maintain the integrity of the program and its sessions, we strongly recommend designating a backup speaker if your proposal is selected.
