We shared key results from the 2021 Crisis Management State of the Industry survey and revealed secrets to creating “buy in” for those looking to implement or improve their introduction to incident, emergency, and crisis management program.

Four out of ten people in the chemical sector do not understand their crisis management and emergency “response” roles and responsibilities and 18% of organizations have not tested their plans.
